October, 2005 New Millennium Homes, Onsite Design Win Awards at Project PlayhouseIn the summer of 2005, Onsite Design joined New Millennium Homes and DL Hughley to build the Schoolhouse of Rock for HomeAid's Project Playhouse fundraising event. From the beginning, the aim of the team was to create a playhouse that kids would want to take home. Designer Theresa Reed's kid-friendly components and brilliant use of color won two awards: The Rainbow Award, for most creative use of color, and the Playdate Award, for design most appealing to children. Project Playhouse 2005 raised $292,000 to support HomeAid Los Angeles/Ventura's transitional housing programs. February, 2005 Onsite Design joins Pardee's Extreme Makeover- Home Edition TeamWhen Pardee Homes needed a partner to install flooring at a very extreme project, they called Onsite Design. Together with the whole builder team, Onsite helped build and finish a 4,278 square foot, 2 story, 9 bedroom home, all during 5 days of torrential downpour. The result was a beautiful new home for the Leomiti-Higgins family of Santa Fe springs, and a great episode of Extreme Makeover- Home Edition, which aired on March 27, 2005 . September, 2004 Agreement with Pacesetter Capital GroupOnsite Design, Inc. announced today that Pacesetter Capital Group has completed first stage funding in the company. The investment will support the growth of Onsite's Palm Desert division, as well as expansion into new regions. "Onsite looks forward to a long-term strategic partnership with Pacesetter. We believe that their skills, expertise, and extensive network of partners will help tremendously in guiding our continued growth" said Mr. David Chesson, President of Onsite. September, 2004 William Davies Accepts Position of Onsite Design COOOnsite Design, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of William Davies as Chief Operating Officer. He will plan and direct all aspects of the company's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Davies is a leading expert in design center operations, with over 20 years experience in the industry. Prior to coming to Onsite, Mr. Davies worked as IT Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Home Depot Builder Solutions Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He was formerly Director of Operations of Floorworks, Inc., Arizona, from 1992 to 2002. Previously, from 1986 to 1992 he was with LETCO, Inc., in Arizona, a pioneer in the field and the largest U.S. design center during that time. "We are very fortunate to have Bill join the management team. He has the proven ability to effectively manage the operations of a fast growing organization, implement processes for optimizing efficiency, and make the tough decisions that will keep Onsite moving forward" said David Chesson, President of Onsite. August, 2004 Thomas Martin Accepts Position of Onsite Design CFOOnsite Design, Inc., announced the hiring of Thomas Martin as Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for the company's financial management, accounting, and business controls. He will also oversee capital structuring and corporate finance development, and the company's external financial relations. Mr. Martin has over 18 years experience in the design center industry in finance and accounting. He most recently worked as Senior Finance Manager for Floorworks, Inc. HD Builder Solutions Group Company, a division of Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. From 1986 to 1992, he worked for LETCO, Inc., the largest U.S. design center during that period. Mr. Martin's skills and experience in controlling the financial interests of a design center company undergoing rapid growth is integral to his appointment, particularly as Onsite is rapidly expanding in its core markets throughout Southern California. He possesses exceptional skills and experience, and he significantly strengthens our management team". May, 2004 Onsite Design Opens Fabrication Shop for Desert DivisionOnsite Design, Inc., announced the opening of Onsite Stone Design, a subsidiary of Onsite Design, Inc., in Indio, CA in support of its Palm Desert Design Center operations. The new company will manage the parent company's fabrication and installation services for some of its existing clients in the Palm Desert region, as well as fulfill upcoming contracts with new home and commercial builders. Mr. John Bennett will head the company's stone operations and sales for Onsite Design's Palm Desert division. "An excellent opportunity arose to bring onboard an excellent management team Design, with a proven track record that improves our ability to best fulfill of existing contracts and to compliments our turnkey design center operations. This further improve our quality and services to our customers and our bottom line", states Brad Rinehart, Vice President. The company has secured additional national and regional home builders in the Palm Desert area with first year stone fabrication revenues anticipated to reach $4 million. April, 2004 Onsite Design Holds Grand Opening of Palm Desert Design CenterOnsite Design celebrated its opening of the premiere Palm Desert Design Center by inviting leading builders and members of the industry for an evening at the new location. December, 2003 Onsite Design Announces Contract with Sunrise CompanyOnsite Design, Inc., a leading provider of interior design services for new home builders in Southern California, announced a partnership with Sunrise Company to provide design center services for the Toscana Country Club. The 620-acre private community is located in the heart of Indian Wells, California, and includes two world-class 18-hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. The project will include over 620 homes and custom Estate Homesites. |
