Theresa Reed

Theresa, who has been involved with the design center industry for 11 years, has been an integral part in model home design and coordination with major builders such as New Millennium Homes. In the past, she has worked for Builder's Showcase Interiors and J & S Floors, where she was consistently the highest sales generating designer. Her years of experience have enabled Theresa to successfully design and manage all of Onsite Design's current showrooms.

Theresa holds a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is a NCIDQ State Licensed Designer, a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers and a California State Licensed flooring contractor.

Melissa Russon

Melissa has been a designer at Onsite Design for more than 4 years, specializing in new home residential design. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Brigham Young University, and is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Her great attention to detail, expertise in product knowledge, and experience all play a part in her success as an Interior Designer. She thoroughly enjoys working with each homeowner to customize their builder options, counter designs, flooring designs, and window treatments to help create the overall look they visualize.

Cindy Tung

Cindy comes to Onsite Design with a degree in International Business and a passion for people and design. She’s currently continuing her education in interior design at UCLA.

Cindy strives to work closely with home buyers during the entire upgrade process, helping to bring the vision of a new home to life.

Cindy is a Member of American Society of Interior Designers and is the process of becoming a certified designer in the state of California.

Georgia Jacobson

Georgia began her design career in Kansas City after receiving her degree from Pierce School of Interior Design with such high profile commercial clients as the NCAA Headquarters, Kansas City Chiefs' and Royals' Headquarters, their stadium clubs and some corporate suites.

During her design career, spanning over 25 years, she was sent across the country by a major condo developer to design and furnish models in nine major cities, she ran her own company in Memphis doing commercial, residential design and historic restorations and was a participant in numerous charity Showcase homes.

After moving to Los Angeles in 1998 she worked in various areas of the design industry including home staging for estate Realtors. Prior to joining Onsite Design, she spent three years at Expo Design Center as a Head Designer coordinating all aspects of whole house remodels from design through installation. She is an allied member of ASID.

Michelle Barty

Michelle has worked in the new home building industry as an interior designer for the past three years. In that time, she has taken great strides to make the design process enjoyable and easy for new home owners looking to upgrade.

Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Her years of experience with many different builders have provided her with a clear understanding of the industry and knowledge that has proven to be invaluable to home buyers.

Michelle works closely with each homeowner, both new and experienced, making sure each and every one walks away knowing their dreams of a beautiful new home have been achieved.
