Who do I call to make an appointment?

Call us at (805) 530-3850 for our Moorpark Design Center or (760) 772-9908 for our Palm Desert Design Center.

Where do I go for my appointment?

How long with my appointment take?

Please schedule about two hours for your design appointment.

What should I bring to this appointment?

Bring your color ideas, fabric swatches, pillows/cushions from your sofa, paint color sample, etc.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, we have a "small" kids corner, with a few books. Please keep in mind, 2+ hours may be a long time for small children.

Do I only get one appointment?

We provide you with as many appointments as necessary, based on final decision for floors by eight weeks prior to close of escrow. If you are adding options and countertops, you will be contacted much earlier.

How do I pay for my upgrades?

Check or Credit Cards are accepted. Be prepared to leave a minimum deposit of 50% for your flooring upgrades upon finalization. Balance due prior to install.

Can I add my upgrades to my loan?

Most homebuyers find it convenient to pay for upgrades this way. Check with your lender if you would like to add them to your loan.

Which credit cards do you accept as payment for upgrades or deposit?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

I'm physically challenged and/or have special needs. How do I arrange for assistance?

Please be sure to indicate any special needs when you schedule your appointment. We are happy to accommodate you.
