We at Onsite take great pride in our high quality of service and commitment to our customers. From the time foundations are laid until the last service call, Onsite provides exceptional care and hard work to ensure our customers have a positive home buying experience.

Each of our customers is assigned their own fully licensed and accredited interior designer. Although this will probably be the first Onsite employee you meet, our job actually starts long before you step into one of our showrooms. By the time you schedule your first appointment, we have worked with your home builder to:

  • Create a great selection of builder managed options for you to choose from (at great prices too!).
  • Design fabulous model homes to inspire you and demonstrate the quality of products we offer.
  • Searched your area to find the best installers in order to provide quality installation and value.

Once you step into our showroom, your interior designer will guide you through the process of customizing your new home from start to finish. Our customers are always amazed at the experience and thoughtfulness of our design team. To ensure you have access to our staff and facilities, our design centers are conveniently located in Moorpark , Valencia , and Palm Desert.

After designing your dream house, you can rest assured that the installation will be timely and of the highest quality. Our production department will monitor the construction of your home from the framing until you move in. Our field crew performs quality assurance inspections on every home we service.

Our commitment, however, does not end with the completion of your new home. Our customer service team is there when you need us even after you move in. We provide touchup and warranty work for up to one year.
