In order to provide the highest quality service to our builders and homebuyers, Onsite Design, Inc. has developed a custom information management system titled: Design Center Manager (DCM).

Onsite's DCM application aids in project management from start to finish with tools developed for project setup, design center sales, production, installation/scheduling, and customer service. In addition, the DCM integrates easily with most major accounting applications. Currently, Onsite's DCM provides builders with web-based, real time access to:

  • Project Status Information/Reports
  • Buyer Upgrade Contracts
  • Buyer Profile Information
  • Advanced Sales Reporting

Onsite is constantly striving to improve our services. New reports and tools are added to the DCM each month. Future enhancements for the DCM include online builder option catalogs for homebuyers, customer feedback forms, scheduling enhancements, and more sales reports.
