David Chesson

President and Founder

David Chesson has over 25 years experience in design center management and sales. He founded Onsite with the goal to improve the home-buying experience.

Mr. Chesson was Sales and Marketing Director for a large California design center, prior to 1999 and owned Newfloors and Interiors Inc. from 1990 to 1994, a design center and labor provider offering home products and installation for such companies as Home Depot, Price Club and Costco of Southern California. Prior to starting Newfloors, Mr. Chesson was Sales Director and General Manager of the Letco Decorating Centers, Inc.

He is a of the National Association of Home Builders, Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC), Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), Residential Purchasing Council (RPC), Habitat for Humanity, Home Aid, and he holds various licenses including California State General Contractors License (Class B) and Flooring License (Class C-15).


William Davies

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Davies is a leading expert in design center operations, with over 20 years experience in the industry. Prior to coming to Onsite, Mr. Davies worked as IT Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Home Depot Builder Solutions Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He was formerly Director of Operations of Floorworks, Inc., Arizona, from 1992 to 2002. Previously, from 1986 to 1992 he was with LETCO, Inc., in Arizona, a pioneer in the field and the largest U.S. design center during that time.


Thomas Martin

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Martin has over 18 years experience in the design center industry in finance and accounting. He most recently worked as Senior Finance Manager for Floorworks, Inc. HD Builder Solutions Group Company, a division of Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. From 1986 to 1992, he worked for LETCO, Inc., the largest U.S. design center during that period.
